Background

Jonathan Burshtein is the founding lawyer of Burshtein Law. He provides advice on business-related matters, including advising corporations, partnerships, not-for-profits and charities on their formation, organization and compliance. He also drafts and advises clients on commercial and technology-related contracts.

In addition to his business practice, Jonathan Burshtein provides wills and estates planning services to his clients including preparing wills, establishing trusts, providing estate planning and business succession planning services and providing assistance with estate administration matters.
